uca is a chartered accountant. He advises companies and groups in the commercial, industrial, real estate and equity holding sectors on company, tax, accounting and valuation matters. He is specialised in the structuring and implementation of extraordinary transactions, also for private equity transactions, for which he provides support for all tax, corporate, accounting and valuation assessments. As a court- appointed independent expert to the Milan courts of law, Luca is often called on to advise on extraordinary acquisition and business combination transactions.
