iuseppe is a lawyer. He provides legal advice and assistance in commercial, corporate and intellectual property law, in both ordinary and extraordinary transactions. He has gained significant experience in the life science & healthcare, biotech, IT, industrial and real estate sectors. He works closely with companies and groups, including multinationals. Before joining RMU as a lawyer, he worked at two international investment banks. He has done secondment periods at prestigious law firms in New York and Paris. He also coordinates the firm’s litigation area.
