iancarlo is a chartered accountant and tax consultant. He advises mainly on ordinary and extraordinary corporate and tax matters for domestic and international companies, including multinational companies operating in real estate services, electronics, luxury and publishing sectors. He has gained significant experience in international taxation, both VAT and direct taxes. He is also an auditor and statutory auditor.

Professional qualifications

He is a member of the National Tax Law Commission (direct and indirect taxes) at the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and is a speaker at conferences on tax matters.
