lessandro is a chartered accountant. He advises on tax, corporate, accounting and valuation matters. He currently advises companies and groups in the commercial, industrial and real estate sectors. He is specialised in the structuring and implementation of extraordinary transactions, with particular regard to private equity transactions and generational transitions, as well as in the drafting of valuation reports. As a court-appointed independent expert to the Milan courts of law, Alessandro is often called on to advise on extraordinary acquisition and business combination transactions.
